> How do I download and install Moola?
To download Moola, visit this link. And follow the guide here.
> Why won't Moola install?
If the problem does not install the application, please fix as follows:

  • Check your network connection, if your wifi network is not accessible, use 3G
  • Check the memory of the device
  • Update your operating system to the latest version.
  • Disable other running applications.
  • For iOS OS, go to General Settings and make “Trust Moola”

> Forgot password?
To regain your registered account, on the login screen enter your email and click on Forgot Password. Click <a href=”https://moolapp.com/support/ios_en.html” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>here for details.
> Change my credit card information?
To change your invoice credit card information. You go to Billing Info in Settings, and make changes to your account information as guide.

On a business, you can set up many companies, many stores on the Moola app, take a look guide to manage enterprise for detailed information.
> Switch another store?
Your business has many stores and you want to move to another store to manage. Please follow guide to switch store.
> Can I create an account for my employees so they can work on the app?
Of course, Moola allows you to do this. To create an account for an employee, read guide to add staff.
> Can I deactivate my employee account?
You can completely do this. Please deactivate your employee account in the following steps.
> Initialize the data?

> Does Report Viewer function not work on my machine?
The report is displayed through the application displaying the PDF file, make sure that your device has this application installed.
> Can not access the camera / photo gallery to update photos?
You go to your device’s settings and allow the app to access your camera and photo gallery.
> Calling, message to a phone number does not work on my device?
You go to your device’s settings and allow the app to access your calling and messaging features.
> Moola can work on the computer?
Moola can work on your computer. Please make install emulator Leapdroid and download the app as it is on the phone, tablet
